Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to StageListingPro. StageListingPro is an AI-powered real estate marketing workflow tool for virtual staging, furniture removal, real estate photo workflows, email drafts, listing copy where offered, watermarked previews, HD exports, and saved output history where available.

By accessing or using StageListingPro, you agree to these StageListingPro terms of service.

These terms of service explain the rules for AI real estate photos, virtual staging, credits, subscriptions, HD exports, refunds, and platform compliance.

Service Overview

Under these terms of service, StageListingPro provides workflow assistance for real estate marketing. The service may let you upload property photos, reference images, listing information, prompts, and brand materials; generate virtual staging, furniture removal, email drafts, and other listing marketing assets; review watermarked previews; export HD no-watermark results; and view saved output history where available.

StageListingPro does not provide legal, financial, tax, appraisal, brokerage compliance, MLS compliance, or platform compliance advice. Any CMA narrative, seller net sheet, listing copy, email draft, or other workflow output offered by the service is provided only as editable assistance.

User Responsibilities

These terms of service require you to use StageListingPro lawfully and to follow all real estate, advertising, MLS, brokerage, Zillow, Realtor.com, local platform, and disclosure rules that apply to your listings and marketing materials.

You must review all AI-generated or AI-edited images, copy, emails, captions, and other outputs before publishing, downloading for publication, sending to clients, or uploading to any listing platform.

You are responsible for final listing claims, disclosures, platform submissions, client communications, and marketing use of any output.

Uploaded Content and Rights

Under these terms of service, you should only upload property photos, reference images, listing details, brand assets, prompts, and other content that you have the right to use. You retain ownership of your submitted content.

You grant StageListingPro permission to host, store, process, transmit, and display your submitted content only as needed to provide the requested service, maintain your account, create requested outputs, support downloads, show saved output history where available, provide support, and operate the service.

Do not upload confidential, sensitive, or personal information that is not needed for the real estate workflow.

AI Outputs and Real Estate Photo Rules

These terms of service explain that AI outputs can contain mistakes, artifacts, unrealistic details, or inaccurate text. You must review each output against the original photo or source information before use.

You may not use StageListingPro outputs to misrepresent a property, deceive buyers, hide material facts, or create inaccurate listing claims.

For virtual staging, furniture removal, and real estate photo editing workflows, you must not use outputs that:

• hide defects, damage, stains, cracks, missing fixtures, water damage, mold, structural issues, or other material conditions;
• change walls, windows, doors, flooring, ceilings, fixtures, built-ins, appliances, cabinets, countertops, fireplaces, stairs, room dimensions, views, camera angle, or the actual property layout;
• invent views, rooms, doors, windows, outdoor scenery, renovations, finishes, or features that do not exist;
• make a room appear larger, newer, brighter, cleaner, more repaired, or more renovated than it actually is.

Virtual staging should help buyers understand possible room use. It should not make the property appear different from reality.

Disclosure and Platform Compliance

You should keep original, unedited property photos available for review and disclosure.

These terms of service require you to label images as "Virtually Staged", "AI-Staged", "AI-Edited", or similar wording when required by your MLS, brokerage, listing platform, advertising rules, or local law.

StageListingPro does not guarantee that any generated image, edited image, email draft, listing copy, caption, or export will be accepted by MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, brokerage systems, social platforms, or other third-party services.

Accounts, Credits, Subscriptions, and Exports

Under these terms of service, some features require an account, credits, a subscription, or a one-time payment. Pricing, included credits, renewal terms, and access rules are shown during checkout or on the pricing page.

Credits may be used for actions such as staging previews, regenerations, furniture removal, real estate email draft packs, and HD exports. A 2K no-watermark export uses credits. A 4K no-watermark export requires an active subscription and uses more credits.

One-time paid credit packs are intended for occasional use. Subscription plans provide monthly credits and any subscription-only benefits shown at checkout or on the pricing page.

Paid credits, bonus credits, subscription credits, export access, and saved output history access may have different rules. The current rules shown at checkout, in your account, or on the pricing page control the purchase.

Refunds and Failed Generations

These terms of service explain that refunds, credits, cancellations, renewals, and billing changes are handled according to the checkout terms, the applicable payment provider rules, and applicable law.

Because AI generation and HD export actions can create processing costs when requested, successful generations, regenerations, and exports are generally not automatically refundable after credits have been consumed.

If a generation, export, or billing event fails, contact support. StageListingPro may review the event and, where appropriate, restore credits, retry processing, or resolve the billing issue.

Prohibited Activities

Under these terms of service, you agree not to:

• misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access;
• disrupt service availability, bypass rate limits, abuse APIs, or interfere with security features;
• upload illegal, infringing, misleading, or unauthorized content;
• use outputs to deceive viewers about a property or violate third-party platform rules;
• use the service to hide property defects or make false real estate claims;
• reverse engineer, resell, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service except as allowed by law or written permission.

Intellectual Property

StageListingPro, including its website, product design, text, workflows, software, templates, and service structure, is owned by StageListingPro.com or its licensors.

These terms of service do not transfer ownership of your uploaded content to StageListingPro. They also do not give you ownership of StageListingPro software, workflows, website content, or platform materials.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

StageListingPro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis under these terms of service. We do not guarantee that generated outputs will be error-free, realistic in every detail, suitable for every listing, accepted by every platform, or compliant with every local rule.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StageListingPro.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, your publication of outputs, your listing claims, or third-party platform decisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms of service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of StageListingPro after changes means you accept the updated terms of service.
